Disciple Groups established by african church

July 2015 through January 2016

Listening, or disciple groups, are gatherings of people within a local village who meet, often daily, in the home of the 'man of peace.' These groups vary in size, usually in the range of 15-20 members. Using an audio device, called a Proclaimer, these groups listen to the word and discuss how it applies in their lives and community. Proclaimers are an effective tool that plays the word of God in the mother tongue of the African people group using a storytelling format. African church leaders are trained in the use of Proclaimers and the process of planting these listening groups in mission fields.

Help our African missionaries put more groups on the map!
